Inseparably
Take my kindest thoughts with you as you dream,
and tomorrow perhaps we can compare the scene,
that those thoughts evoked in you and in me,
if they match then that really is pure poetry...
Another night our thoughts may be in another vein,
I should try taking yours to my pillow and then again,
in the morrow we can then exchange notes to see,
if we are tuned together quite inseparably...
And if the visions that we can recall from the night,
are very different - well that's still quite alright,
for from each other we can learn and grow closer too,
untill that night when we share a truly perfect view...
Then we shall progress through both life & dreams as one,
both knowing there is nowhere else that we could ever belong,
a pairing of loves purest distillation for all the world to see,
endless devotion held safe in our caring hands for all eternity...
